A portion of the authentication key is sent to you, and it will be necessary for someone you have entrusted to activate your account after you pass away. The Last Email administrator will not have the ability to access your emails because three pieces of information are required to access the account, your username; password; and your authentication key. After processing and verifiying your "personal document" and your death certificate, our back office team will automatically send an email to your recipients informing them that you have left them a message. The email will include a URL link where they can view the message. At no time will the administrator, or back office personel see the email addresses that you are sending a message to, or the content of any of your emails.
